Baked Sweet Potato Fries

So our awesome neighbor went hunting and got a Moose! They were kind enough to share some moose burgers with us. So my husband used the meat to make some awesome grilled sliders! We put them on some mini hawaiian rolls with some super sharp cheddar melted over the top of the meat. So to go with the sliders I decided to make some baked sweet potato fries of course! I did two batches with two different cooking methods to get try to get them baked crisp. Both methods came out with same result, so here I share the easier one with you. They were not soggy when baked, but as they sit they get a little soft. So eat them fresh out of the oven!

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat oven to 475*
5 sweet potatoes pealed and cut into thin fries, think about shoe string size fries
Enough EVOO to lightly coat the fries when tossed in a bowl
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder, and cumin

Toss the cut fries with the oil and top with seasoning and give it a good toss with your fingers.
Place on a large tray covered in parchment paper(dont overlap them, and overcrowd) and and cook for about 10-15 mins, flipping half way. This recipe should give you two trays!
