You loves a fast snack to grab on the go? ME!!!!! These yummy bars have coconut, cranberries and almonds not to mention CHOCOLATE!! You can really makes these you own, by adding different dried fruits and nuts. Just toss in what you have on hand for a GREAT granola bar!
Adapted from Nutritious Eats
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped almond, or nut of choice or a combo of nuts (in a food chopper or processor)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup golden raisins
2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 TBS. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350*
Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment of foil and coat with butter or cooking spray
Combine everything in a large bowl and stir well.
Pour into dish and press down.
Bake 20-25 mins
Let cool for 5 mins then remove and cut into bars
