One and only Egg Salad for me...just like Mum makes

I LOVE egg salad sandwiches, but ONLY this one. Any deli style or store bought one I have had, taste like junk. Just being honest here. My Mum makes the best.

Nice soft whole wheat bread
Hard boiled eggs
Miracle Whip...=))
Super Sharp Cheddar, cubed
Spike
Parsley ,chopped
Lettuce

Assemble sandwich and enjoy...mmmmm soooo good!!!
